The 2025 “Club Q” Scholarship Winner
CLUB Q
Scholarship Committee Rules and Regulations
1. Student requesting monies must be related to the family.
(According to the Club Q “Constitution – Article II, Section 1”)
2. All Applicants must submit the following:
a. A completed CLUB Q Scholarship Application
b. Letter from their guidance counselor/teacher on school letterhead
c. Letter of acceptance from a College or Vocational School
d. A brief Essay of career goals using 50 to 100 words.
3. Getting started: (the first year of college or Vocational School students will be preferred).
4. Two recipients will be selected by CLUB Q at our regular June meeting.
5. Applications will be accepted starting the month of April 1 thru May 31, 2025.
6. The scholarship award winners will be announced in June.
7. Awards will be given out at a yearly family affair.
Club Q High School Scholarship Application Requirements
Congratulations, Senior!! We are so proud of your achievement of this milestone!! The Queenan Family would like to support you in your next steps whether that is a 2 or 4 year college/university or a trade school, in the form of a scholarship.
The requirements include paid dues by your parents and the completion of a 500-word essay. The essay is a way for us to get to know you. It will be shared with the family. It should be based on one of the following topics:
- Why is Family important to you?
- What do you want to do in the future?
- Family Tradition during the holidays, birthdays, summertime.
- Community service work that you have done (church, nonprofit organization, neighborhood)
To complete the application process, you must complete and submit the “Club Q scholarship Form”:
Scholarship Winners will be announced by July 31, current year.
